I had a headset that only worked on my mobo with a separate powered usb hub. If you have one to test with that would be a good thing to check.

also see if he can connect to the server directly with the server ip (the xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx: xxxxx) not the (servername.game.nfoservers.com: port).

Buying used headphones

Hey guys i'm looking at a pair of used ATH-AD700's on kijiji (craigslist alternative). What would a fair price to offer be for these if they are in good condition? I've never really bought anything used, but I figure I could get a good deal on some quality headphones this way.
