Omni, If you hadn't participated in a lobby before you would find it really hard to win games in UGC, so this is what this would be for
Gargleburry, I know that this would never even get close to the grade that etf2l is, but this would mainly be for people who have no presence or experience in competitive TF2 to help them learn strategies and practice with their team. Think of it as a little league
I've always wanted to play competitively but since I'm not good enough I'll be starting this,
I have come up with the idea for a small competitive league exclusively for British players nicknamed TeaF2 (Sorry for the pun). This league will be exclusively for players wishing to enter the competitive scene of TF2 and aims to introduce new teams into EU tournaments in both 6v6 and Highlander formats.
Due to a lack of equipment and funding this will not start as a fully livestreamed event with casters and analysts but rather as a small event hosted purely for encouraging new teams.
This league will be free to enter but offer no prize for the winners. Game dates will be changed to fit the schedules for the participating teams,
I am aiming for 8 teams for Highlander and 8 teams for 6v6 and whichever formats roster gets filled first will start first.
Note: This is only a concept and may not go ahead if very little interest is shown
But that is all I have to say, if you would like to participate please reply with a list of your players. And please even if you dont intend to compete, give some feedback on the idea and whether or not you think its worth it.
