Welcome gaming enthusiasts!
Let me present eSource to you.

Now, a tournament creation website needs commentators. This could be a perfect position for you!
eSource itself is absolutely new, and set to be live early 2015 (countdown can be found here: www.gaming2go.net)
There are a few requirements though:
- Deep Voice (just dont be squeaky, you know how the internet reacts to that)
- Enthusiastic (be excited for the game, interact with the viewers, be pumped!)
- Good Knowledge of the competitive aspect of TF2 (Cant commentate 'bout nothing)
- Preferably an American or British accent (or simply no accent, speak clearly)
- and the usual, be available on weekends from 5-10pm CEST (not every weekend dont worry)
- EDIT: Keep in mind, this is a EU League
Let me introduce myself and my 'business partner (if you will)'
My name is Danian, founder of eSource. Live in Switzerland and i have a general good knowledge in graphic design when it comes to after effects (i made the video above). My friend, soon to be co-founder, Corne, is the coder behind all this. The only reason why we're set to launch in 2015, is because coding a website takes time.
While he works on the website, i want to get everything ready so that we can launch a tournament right after opening. When it comes to team entries, I have a steam group which gains around 3-8 new members a day (currently at 1400).
So if you are interested in joining this "start-up company", feel free to drop me an email at danian.deleeuw@gmail.com or just message me on Steam http://steamcommunity.com/id/danian .
