My first setup consisted of this
2GHz AMD Turion 64x2
ATi x1200 (integrated and was severely downclocked by the manufacturer, thanks toshiba)
2GB of DDR2
Windows Vista 32bit
Kensington wireless mouse that I really liked at the time

Granted, I eventually upgraded to win7, added some ram, got a better kb/mouse (g11/g5). It got about 15-20fps on tf2 though.
I feel bad for #27 though; I have those same headphones sitting around somewhere from years ago. They're horribly built (they literally just fall apart), sound quality (and even the positioning) is awful, and they're the least comfortable headphones I've ever worn.

can confirm that the neoguri is amazing
While I've always liked pug.na more than tf2mix, I do think it's best to only have one channel. The pug.na bot was better imo though. At least you could add as multiple classes.
Honestly I'd try uninstalling AMD gaming evolved and running -autoconfig on tf2 if anything. If that program is anything like Nvidia Geforce Experience or whatever it's called, then you want to avoid that like the plague.
I'm no expert on this, but do you think having 128-tick competitive (or even any other server) servers would improve registry? Or is that just a csgo thing
shit i wish my fps was that high
i heard u can practice that in mge
Fixed some Unusual particle effects not drawing correctly
