fireindaarcadeI'm by no means making excuses for Froyo not showing up, but I think we also need to remember that there was a lack of communication on all sides in regards to this tournament.
Yeah some issues with the management (*cough* sideshow *cough*) led to me having to sort out servers, teams and casters as well as trying to stream. However, we had all the behind the scenes stuff sorted fine and barring a few minor player delays the groups went through fine.

Thing is, b4nny was awake and available to play even after streaming until 2am. I don't blame b4nny at all aside from not looking at a roster sooner.

They don't care.
To be fair, international shirt shipping is pretty damn hard especially given the issues shade had with the supplier or the delivery or whatever.

To summarise day 1:
sideshow woke up about 200 miles from where he lives and had to get a train home
arrived home on time but locked himself out of his house for 2 hours
alle went awol and delayed group 1 by 30 minutes
sideshows fuckery with the groups meant that nerdrage got knocked out by full tilt (although to be fair they should have just got gud and beat them)
kaidus lost and subsequently found a chicken (although it was inaccessible)
ryb went shopping
mike had a pizza in the oven
forsak3n broke his space bar

They were invited to GGG months ago and can't manage to pull together even the most aids mix like all the euros. Didn't even bother waking up, apart from b4nny (west coast, arguably fucked most by the timing) and duwatna (who was working). They said they would attend but only told us on the day that they wouldn't be attending. This is after the tournament was rearranged specifically for them to help with the timezone issue and to help our their i55 fundraiser. This breaks the group stages and means the stream ends the day on danger dogs vs lego after an afternoon of hype with reason, nerdrage and full tilt going ham. Disrespectful.
