#3 heatsinks in Hardware

Next thread is going to friggin be "What thermal paste do you guys think I should use?!?!"

Honestly just get a heatsink from a leading brand. Parts like heatsinks and PSUs have a higher rate of failure/issues, and the higher quality brands tend to be the most reliable.

#45 Hey ESEA in TF2 General Discussion

I did some digging and discovered this,

http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:unUeciJUo5kJ:www.hackforums.net/archive/index.php/thread-1591622.html+&cd=3&hl=en&ct=clnk

It's a cached page from google to a forum thread containing the exact HUD you were talking about and has users posting that it indeed contains an injection. (OP posted a fake virus scan to try and cover it up)

Idk if it's any help to you, but it might give you some more material to work with your ban appeal.

#46 ETS Lan attending list in LAN Discussion

Still looking for ride out of Chicago. Willing to pay more than my share of gas money.

Seem to be a few people in Michigan so as a back up plan I might be able to bus/train there and then catch a carpool.

My Christmas is officially not-sucky now. Nicest thing an online friend has done for me. Thanks applesauz.

Can't fit tree in room, so I decorated my monitor for Christmas.

#2 Interesting Article on Game Journalism in Off Topic

I think the fact that there are so many re-writes makes it clear that sites only want to focus on the same top series/titles. "Oh, everyone is excited about the new Call of Booty: Black Cops? We better have an article about it too, quick grab content from another site."

The best content I think, comes from the sites/magazines that focus in on a specific area of games rather than trying to be a generic video game news page and end up only covering the best sellers. PC Gaming World was my favorite before it died. It might have not had the biggest audience, but the articles and reviews were able to cover lesser known titles as well as the big sellers because they only focused on one system.

#17 Let's Talk About Newbie Mixes in TF2 General Discussion

Vick grabbed me to coach a mix today and I was surprised how well it went. I figured I would do just one to help out, but ended up staying for six of them. Four out of the six ended up being close matches and each time I had players ask good questions who were genuinely interested in what I had to say.

I think a really important thing to do as a coach is to take questions after the match is over. Because some questions aren't easy to answer during the match while you are trying to main call, and waiting till after the match will give you time to give longer explanations. And then you can also give players feedback on what they did well during the match and some things to work on.

#1 A Brief History of Gaben in Off Topic

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bh1-4oZVxoo

Learned a thing or two from it about the early life of Gaben.

I consider him PC gaming's savior with Steam, but all the work he did early on with the Quake engine in GoldSrc is what impresses me the most.

#12 Headphones in Hardware

If you are hurting on money and don't need noise canceling or amplification, Sennheiser makes some quality headphones in the low 40-100 dollar range. Don't know how good their more expensive models are though.
