Hey SkyH4igh,
tf2pug.me is a website used to play pick-up games. Pick-up games are games where 2 captains pick from the pool of players added to create two teams of 6 people. Generally the skill level is anywhere from mid-open to invite. It's a little hard to get into if you're not known, because captains need to know you to pick you; however, when there's only 12 people or so added, you may or may not get picked, have a chance to prove yourself, become more known, and then be picked more regularly. Playing in ESEA is also a very good way to get known and be picked more often.

I know I've bugged you about this, but could you keep the individual computer thing in mind when you speak with H&L (if people are willing to pay extra to have a comp for the whole day).
Also, thanks for taking the initiative to do this Hidi!ThickneySame with anything before the 21st.
Also please please give us the option for our own PCs.
Were you guys thinking individual rentals, or BYOC? Both are workable, though having a mix of rental and BYOC could get very confusing very fast, and I'd rather not do that.
If you want a 144hz, you're going to have to bring it. (Maybe I'll bring 'mine' hehehehehehe)
For me personally bringing my computer over would be a lot of trouble for nothing and I'd rather not. I'll be bringing my own keyboard/mouse though, I'm fine with 60hz monitor :)

MattCVHI I personally feel that donation drives are an amazing idea and that these 6 people from first world countries who at least 3 of which I know have been earning money in some form of another for some time and are highly likely to win the event or at least place second and therefore win the prize money almost certainly deserve to have this paid for.

But well, thats just my 2cents..
Look at his +frags, look at the other people telling him to go get a job.
Personally, if people wanna give someone they like money, I don't see a problem; it's theirs and they're free to do whatever they want with it. I'm not gonna criticize what they do with their own money.
