We did a mix of both. IRC sometimes and scheduling with teams more often than not. IRC has always worked well for me though, I rarely have had problems with it.
Figured I'd post this here, since this thread is after all a mid-season IM wrap-up.
Pinoy Boys are pretty much dead, we opted to keep the roster alive and thus are only going to play matches. The team just didn't work together anymore and a few individuals which I will not name have no interest in pursuing their "career" in this game.
I don't think anyone will care, just posting this if anyone is wondering what's happening with us.

But at this point I'm with a really great team (not just good players, good people) and we work really well together, but I don't think that some of them would be ready to commit to open (you have to pay for esea as well, correct?)
Just figure out with your teammates if they're ready to make the jump to open. Sometimes, if you really want to get better, you'll have to leave some people. Otherwise, you can always play in UGC and scrim open teams to see if you can compete at that level.
Can't you just message Killing if your forfeit win is guaranteed? I'm pretty sure I've done that in the past.
