#9 Bud[9] Daily: cp_process_rc2 review in TF2 General Discussion

Pretty cool, but I think next time try to see if you can get some guests whom that is their main class to teach some of the other ones, you did have to pull up a youtube video to show one of the rollouts, where if you had a guest he could have done it himself and shown some other neat tricks that he uses.

Still awesome though, and I learned a good amount, thanks Seanbud :)

#6 Sodastream Carbonator in Off Topic
LeatherSockcan i carbonate my iced tea...the iced tea sugar mix you put in with water

my friend did some shit with iced tea when we were young and carbonated it and it was amazing...i think it had something to do with dry ice though

Yeah you can, just make the carbonated water, and then mix the other stuff in after.

SpyromancerUsed to have one, the aftertaste was that crummy bitterness diet sodas have.
Gave it back after a day.

You most likely used shitty syrups, my stuff tastes BETTER than the Coke stuff they sell in the store, it tastes like the stuff you get at the soda dispensers in a restaurant.

#1 Sodastream Carbonator in Off Topic

Okay, so my dad just got a Sodastream machine and I have to say, this thing is absolutely amazing. It's semi-affordable, at least compared to what you would normally pay, and makes incredible soda.

Here is the sodastream

I've gotta say, it makes some incredible club soda, but you can also use syrup from places other than Sodastream themselves, as the only thing the machine really does is put the carbonation in the water, and it does a DAMN GOOD JOB at that.

So instead of using the stuff that Sodastream gives(which is crap), we decided to buy a 5 gallon bag of syrup. After doing some research it turns out for coke, we need to give it a 5.5:1 parts for mix ratio(5.5 is the water). We made some, and it ended up tasting BETTER than the 2 liters you would get for $2 each. The bag of syrup ended up costing $55, since my dad got a discount from Sam's Club.

Yeah, it does end up being pretty pricey, but if you drink a lot of soda or seltzer water you're going to end up saving good money(not to mention the convenience of having a soda maker at home).

The bag of syrup ends up making about 27 gallons of coke, and you could always get the syrup for your favorite drinks.

The only syrup that I reccomend to get from Soda Stream, is the red bull syrup. They really nailed that taste spot on, and you can make 50 cans worth of red bull for a sleazy $5(By comparison, 50 cans of red bull would normally end up costing you about $150).

#19 Competitive CTF concept - thoughts? in Map Discussion

This is reminding me of ctf_haarp, it makes ctf a much more dynamic and fun game mode, as there was only one flag, and one team had to capture two different points. Like gravelpit, since one team is defense other is offense, except the flag could completely reset to the back of the map again, not to mention it's always being constantly defended in a different location. I played it on my pub server before, never bothered trying it out in 6v6 however.

mobydick420We played bigbodyjayz last season and he was blatantly cheating he even made a post on some forum asking for cheats. Also xexx is a known cheater kid was always lobby stomping with bullet. SO PLZ BAN THIS TEAM.

Don't worry, sv_cheats 0 should alleviate the problem.
