I was playing amby the other day and switched to sniper and was unable to hit shots that I feel like I should have been hitting. What is the command for the sensitivity change/multiplier when scoped and how do I make my scoped sensitivity the same as my normal sense.

I spent a lot of time playing on non standard server (low gravity, air acceleration, halloween). When I go to load a map ie. a jump map, I'm stuck with the silly settings and not the proper settings for jumping. How do I fix this?

When I attempted to use the command timedemo or playdemo, I just got the error message "couldn't open file for reading". Am I doing something wrong?
