Very specific personal one:
a few seasons ago i sent them the info on when Prem Grand Finals are happening to get the funny ingame announcement but they missread the date and threw it out thursday instead of sunday so the entire game got the notice to go to TFTV days early. Saving grace was that we were live with Winners Finals at that exact time (which i think was the exact same teams), i almost died inside checking a dozen times if my stupid ass just sent them the wrong date but they literally just got it wrong
