Getting players into comp

Hi guys.
We have all talked how we should get tf2 competetive bigger and we talked about having a day where we all joined a pub and picked a randoom person there and try and get the into comp.
Well I am doing this, atleast once a day when I pub in tf2 after the first 2 rounds I decide who I think are the 2 best players in their team, ask them if they know anything about comp tf2 and then I tell them to add me. I then tell them about 6s, HL, tf2lobby, mge, jump servers, the basic strategies, rollouts, forums etc.
I urge to do the same! I started doing this 2 days ago and I am planning on continuing!
