So, basically I want to make a frag video. I have the demos and everything and I was wondering what the best way to record it was, is it still going through the Lawena process?
Assuming it is Lawena, can someone explain or send a video that shows how to record everything through that process cause I remember virtual dub being involved somewhere in there or something.

Big Difference between 60hz and 144hz?

So my birthday is coming up soon and I know I'm getting a 144hz monitor, I've played with a 60hz for a long time and never really cared to change but people kept telling me the difference was worth it.
So whats the big difference between the two?
