albaSeems like I have fixed it. The issue was windows 10. After my patch yesterday before going to bed (fresh os yesterday) I got the fps drops. Had a windows 10 patch today that seems to have fixed it.

Great, if the problem persists, I recomend you clean up your TF2, and putting your graphic settings on the ones with a * behind them.
