Lange I'd also like to have the headphones block out as much external noise as possible, as my roommates are loud as fuck.
AD700s are great, but they don't block any noise at all. They are anti-noise cancelling.
4812622Maybe users could set which subforums they want to appear in the forum sidebar in settings?
This would be amazing
I don't think offclassing should be dealt with so harshly. As a newbie who has been playing in newbie mixes for a while, I have found that most newbies have a fairly good idea of when offclassing is appropriate. As long as the newbie asks the coach for permission, and changes back when requested, I think it should be okay. Truth is, for situations like defending last, Offclassing IS the meta, so you can hardly blame us for wanting to imitate the "pros"

I don't watch highlander much, but neither demo nor heavy can output instant burst damage. A scout that went for the heavy first could probably kill him before the demo could save him, unless he got two direct pipes.
The problem is that the gap between reasonably good at newbie mixes and #tf2mix is a bit much. It's not that the people on #tf2 mix are mean, but the one pug I have played on there, we got rolled and it was basically because I wasn't contributing enough. The team was really cool about it, but I am still discouraged from it again because I sort of feel like I was wasting peoples time.
THat said, I think that if I pugged more often, I would get better a lot quicker, and I wouldn't feel so useless.
Really nice editing, the only thing I noticed is that the music got a bit repetitive, at least until the 2:30 mark. I literally got tired of it just before it changed though, so I guess it wasn't too bad. Also is that a real hud? It's pretty.
Do you need to crouch every time you jump?
edit: didnt' see edit lol
Will interp settings effect tf2 if I am using net_fakelag on a local server? I want to create a config for when I am playing on US servers, but I don't want to be adjusting my interp in a dm server or whatever.
It is probably an icon that you need to replace, not sure if it is actually a colour value. Not sure though, just guessing.
Thanks, that fixed it. Shame about no raw input though
Just installed tf2 on arch linux, and my mouse only registers some clicks. steelseries kinzu v2. As an example, when I am playing demo, and I try to shoot a sticky, it will only register the press (or it won't register at all) and I have to click again to stop the sticky launcher from charging up. Not sure why it could be happening, I don't think its a mouse problem because in windows it was fine.
