I enjoy playing in 4:3, but it makes switching songs and shit like that kinda irritating, since whenever I tab out I get a blackscreen for 3-4 seconds. Any way to solve this?

hai, kon'nichiwaSave the rants about "le 2 gendars", thanks. It doesn't work and you're gonna lose the arguments.- i'm a democratic socialist. the one your mum warned you about as a kid. i'm that weirdo.
added them to argue about genders, im going deep boys
SlicerogueI have anger in that scouts have to deal with like 3 things ever and those are granary, the direct hit killing them in 1 shot, and mini sentries and they still complain.
I feel this as well. Having played both solly and scout in open(low?)/mid, I remember that as scout I felt much less concerned in matches due to having a lot less to worry about. No need to worry about bombing trajectory, being a lot less scared of scouts, no worries of fucking up rollout (well, maybe once or twice but we won't go into that). I generally felt less concerned about the technical stuff as if I fucked up I could always just win a 1v1 or at least trade easily to make up for my mistake, though to be fair scout is a more dm-oriented class than soldier, and I have always been a bit of a "dm-donkey" so I can't speak for everyone.
campershould valve nerf scout if so how
I haven't played at the top level of TF2 so I can't speak from that experience, and I don't have an in-depth understanding of the games balance, but I think that the majority of the community would agree that it's the strongest class in 6s. If I were to nerf it I would most likely look to increase how quickly the damage drop-off ranks up as range increases since I often feel personally that scout is able to do too much damage from a medium-high range, a range at which sollies are unable to hit them.
Your post would have made a much better title, so I regret that.
spammyh#2 is not wrong tho
The description wrongly indicated that my post focuses on dm, so I changed it.
Vulcanthen dont play dm
I'm not looking for a solution, it's a vent thread.
Non-idiotic title: Is scout overpowered and if so how should it be nerfed?
non-idiotic title credit goes to rational gamer.
Have a list now, thanks boys
I've been listening to a little and I wanna hear more but he has so much stuff, I don't know where to start. So far my favourites are Blame Game and Gold Digger.
Probably worth making a disclaimer here that I am aware that anybody can be good at any class using any sens.
To be honest this is just a bit of a rant.
As somebody who tilts and switches mains regularly, sens has always been an issue for me. Playing sniper and scout with anything below 50cm/360 feels unbearable and inaccurate, and if I play on too high a sens I get horribly inaccurate when I'm nervous due to shaking hands. I've always felt that these two classes benefit highly from low sens due to the stability and precision that comes from arm movement, something that is backed up by the fact that prem/high scouts rarely use high sens.
Soldier, on the other hand, doesn't feel remotely comfortable unless I'm on a much higher sens, due to rocket jumping and flicks. If I play on a sens that's too low I find that I lose the ability to aim based on instinct, for example trying to airshot a fast-bombing solly. I tried for the longest time to play with 2 sets of sens, 1 i.g for scout/sniper and 3 for solly, but my aim deteriorated on both as a result of constant switching. I tried compromising, playing on 2 i.g across the board but it just makes playing both classes uncomfortable, and it's really pissing me off.
HighclassHey man, I'm free to practice pretty much any time. I'm also willing to go over demos with you if you have any matches you have questions about. I'm always excited to see people trying to get better and be the best they can be.
Just add me on steam http://steamcommunity.com/id/arontimes
EDIT: BTW make sure to mention you're from TFTV, I get a lot of people adding me.
Can you teach me how to be a godlike and very fair and cool admin???
