CS:GO is the most supported right now, and can only get better as it goes forward.
You can set a custom resoultion inside your video card settings and when you do -w 1024 -h 576 (or 600) it should change to your custom resolution
The layout you have is fine, however:
1) There are two instances of crosshairs.ttf (one for broeselhud Crosshairs and the other of my crosshairs)
You'll need to rename the font or move it somewhere else and account for it in clientscheme.res
2) xHairSpread in clientscheme has a lower case crosshairs instead of upper case Crosshairs
After those two fixes, I think you should be ok.
Another thing to note, it only keeps messages for 1 week after initial broadcast.
I think what this actually does is scrape the chat from the IRC servers and stores them into a server hosted by the rechat people, instead of twitch actually storing the chat information in the vods.
