Is it possible to put it a small number in the middle for my uberchange percentage/how much ammo remaining you have in your clip? (Like M0rehud ubercharge percentage (the number in the FROM frame) http://i63.tinypic.com/160wgfk.jpg)

Also, this wasn't answered in the last question and I still cant figure it out >.< Can you change at what percentage your health changes color changes color signifying overheal? -currently at over 100% obviously, it would be nice to set it at over 120% though.

Normally, most huds have a feature where when your health gets below a certain point, it turns red and when it gets beyond max health, it turns blue or something. (for overheal) How do I make my health start flashing red at 67% instead of 49% -basically adjust what percentage counts as critical health, and start turning blue at 120% health instead of 100%?
I want to change what counts as critical health when looking at other's targetids too, if thats possible.
