Cevo is a league in TF2 along with others such as ESEA and UGC.
If you're brand new, I would suggest starting in UGC since that's where a lot of newer players start in.
Also as long as you aren't annoying about it, I doubt anyone who is fairly mature in the community would care if you're a brony or not.

kuzaI have the same mouse and love love love it. And even though I'm not experiencing the same issue, doesn't mean you're not. I would email zowie and ask them if it's a known issue or perhaps you have a faulty mouse. Maybe they will send you a new one.
From what i've read before choosing zowie, your mouse has to get destroyed before they send you a new one.

jake_Played in 3 full hours of scrims with me tonight. He went sniper for I think 5 total lives total in as many scrims (including like 2 on viaduct).
I don't know why people think he snipes all the time.
Must have been some fairly long lives.
