Newbie mix tourney

First of all.. What's up I'm back from the dead.
Second I had an idea in the shower (where the best ideas come from) about a newbie mix tourney. Currently in the newbie mix group there is 3695 dudes in the group. In a perfect world that is possibly 615 new teams (i know classes and mentors and w/e just a figure). Now one of the biggest problems besides getting coaches in the newbie mix is getting the guys to join or find a team.
SO LETS MAKE A TOURNAMENT!
Here's the idea.
1. Newbies only no seasons of esea and maybe even ugc (i donno where to make the cutoff point)
2. Make it a big event get a bunch of casters to do all the games get people watching. (everyone loves to be on tv)
3. Prizes! 1st place gets a server and at least league fee's for esea paid.
Now to do this will take a lot of work and maybe even charging each team like 6$ per team (1$ per person doesn't seem bad) this money will go towards the prizes and if enough teams join maybe 2nd can get some help also.)
Now this is all hypothetical but I'm spitballing here. Any ideas, concerns, or comments go right ahead and if you wanna help just message me and we'll talk.

A lot of newer players have the problem of burning themselves out by warming up to much. Honestly 5 min in DM and you should be ready to go anything over 30 and you're risking it. Other than that just continue to play and with time you will get more consistent.
