Warning wall of text to follow (TL;DR at the end):
Our team (Gank and the Meisters) won one game in Open playoffs, so our team was moved up to IM; however, our team decided not to play ESEA this season because almost no one wanted to (one person was going to quit TF2, multiple people didn't really feel like playing ESEA again).
However, the deadline for teams to have fees paid was fast approaching and Killing needed more teams in IM, so he contacted our leader and offered us free premium in order to basically revive our team. We collectively decide to throw together a team at the last minute and just play for fun since we would be getting such a discount. We scrounged together six and paid our league fees so Gank and the Meisters was alive once more.

Some time later, our team leader contacted Killing again about getting our free premium. At first, he had no recollection, but our leader showed him the conversation, he gave us the apparent most he can give a team (2 premiums). Unfortunately we didn't really have much time to argue because we had a match coming up, so we were forced to pay and we decided to try to resolve this issue later.
Picture of second conversation with Killing
Since Killing wasn't being very helpful, we contacted Kalkin in the hopes of perhaps getting this issue somewhere. He then referred me back to Killing. One explained how they can only give out two freemiums at most to a team, and the other explained how they have a limited number of freemium to give out, but could give out freemium to an entire team. When I asked for anyway to escalate this, they both just stonewalled me.
Album of our last conversations with Killing and Kalkin
What can I do? I don't even know whether to attribute this to gross incompetence or malice. I paid my money under false pretenses and all I want is what I am owed, either a refund or the free premium I was promised.
TL;DR
Killing promised us free premium. He then pulls a bait and switch once we paid for our league fees and swindles us by only giving us 2 premium codes. Attempts to resolve this in private with either Killing or Kalkin leads nowhere.
