Max_Do you have this in your Autoexec?

tf_dingaling_wav_override hitsound.wav

My hitsound didn't used to work and I had to add that in, not sure if it will work for you but worth a shot
TwistedMove the sound folder out of the folder "HitSound" and place it in the same folder as your resource and scripts folders.
Pretty sure it doesn't load right otherwise.

I check in-game but still dont working :( . i dont know this is important but all folder in "custom" have a sound.cache in there . i dont know if it may interfere ?

make sure tf_dingaling_volume is set to 1(this is the maximum value)
