ConsoleMake sure XBox DVR is turned off (if you dont know how here's a link to a tutorial). This might help a bit if you haven't done it already.I looked into it, but I'm not signed into XBox on my PC
You can still disable it through your registry editor if you scroll down a bit further in the tutorial.
This fixed it, thanks dude

I've tried getting a graphics config (Comanglia's config for high end PCs), setting my dxlevel to 8.1, and running TF2 in compatibility mode, but still getting really bad stutter, especially when there's lots of things on the screen. I'm also getting the error where if I die, sounds get looped over and over while my PC is frozen. Anyone know how to deal with this problem?
But matchmaking was always filled with bots
Don't know anything about HUD creation, but is it possible to have multiple loadouts of a user's choice show up as their own "Heroes" on the class selection screen? Makes life a lot more convenient, and adds a lot more flavour to the HUD.
tfw r/tf2 thinks that MatPat's older videos were "quality" when they're quite possibly more retarded than the stuff he currently produces. Like using 8-bit pixels to scale a giant Wario, or calculating drag using surface-surface friction formulas, or equating thrust to the force of a ballistic collision, or criticizing modern tank designs for having "shot traps".
The guy has always been a gibbering retard, and the fact that people are only now realizing this boggles my mind.
eeeI made money from trading do I count as a pro?
That's what I tell my mom when she tells me to stop playing games and get a job
tragicTry switching a different DNS server, Google's DNS comes to mind first.
No luck.
FogYour DNS is garbage, try pinging the IP directly.
Still nothing.
the301stspartanAre the necessary ports open?
Not sure, but I connect to every other TF2 server just fine. If it's any help, I used a power line until recently (can't continue using it due to family reasons), and could connect just fine.
the301stspartanCan you ping the servers from cmd?
All requests timed out.
I can't connect to anything hosted by tragicservers on my home's wifi network, including the main tragicservers.com site in my browser.
If I try connecting to a server, I'm greeted by this: http://prntscr.com/bd61it
This means that I can't play on DM servers, or in lobbies and scrims, so any help would be appreciated.
I recently got a USB wifi adapter (a power line or direct ethernet connection isn't possible right now due to certain circumstances), and since then I haven't been able to connect to tf2center or tf.tv DM servers, whether it be via the link, trying to connect to the IP via console, and joining from steam/friends list.
I can still connect to Valve/most community servers just fine though.
Any idea what the problem is?
I think my DM is decent for my level, but there's some issues with team coordination going on with my team and the way we aggress is really weird. Can't really pin down what exactly I/we are doing wrong, would love for an experienced mentor to help.
