Entire LAN was awesome and the clips were awesome. I can empathize with the challenge in ranking those and think how they're ranked is probably fine tbh. But some of those airshot clips were awesome at the bottom half of the top 10.

Gemmellnessb4nny's and rays probably use higher bitrates than free & kairu since they're partnered, could be linked. try on other streams with varying bitrates?
you should probably try swapping browsers. if you cant solve it livestreamer is a great option (pipes streams to your desktop media player like VLC or MPC)
If viewing streams at a lower quality doesn't fix it, I'll check this out, too. I'm not such an avid twitch viewer that I've even heard of something like this.

GoofyGorillaThis update completely broke the choose your own maps in casual apparently, I've gotten into 2 payload maps i specifically unchecked on the UI. I should probably be more surprised than I am, but it's become typical at this point.
It was broken yesterday AM before this update came out, I think. I got put in cp_foundry and cp_freight matches despite not having those checked and that was well before I saw this op on here or on r/tf2.

Issues viewing certain twitch streams

For the last few weeks, I've experience extreme stuttering on certain twitch streams that affects the video only - audio is fine, chat is fine, etc. And the video seemingly normalizes after a (long) while.
My web browser is chrome. I've experienced this on both windows 10 and mac 10.10.5.
Of currently active streams/streamers... b4nny's stream does it. raysFire's stream does it. Freestate's does not. Kairu's does not.
Has anyone else been experiencing this?

truktrukThis is a perfectly reasonable video that addresses a lot of the core complaints within this update. The only point I disagree with is the removal of Quickplay in favor of Casual mode. At this update's current state Casual mode is the only refreshing part. [Casual mode] reminds me of when I pubbed back in 2010 and everyone in the sever actually played the objective and tried to win. I don't support the idea that makes it a no fun zone and super competitive, it's literally the game at its core.
Didn't watch the video so i'm only addressing the bolded part. but I agree 100%. Casual mode is absolutely great right now (outside of the obvious things like zero balancing, awful map choices like tons of Powerhouse, Gorge, etc.). People actually care about winning in Casual model - not dancing or handing out sandwiches. It's actually fun.

JojoI know muma was at gxl last year and Freestate was at fites. Those were fairly low pressure tournaments for them though, with muma's team at gxl not having any real chance at the top and freestate's team at fites being head and shoulders above anyone else.

Who on Froyo outside of B4nny and TLR has been to a LAN? Did Paddie, Muma, Freestate, or Phorofor make it to an ESEA LAN? GXL?
Also, where was TSC with the TLR interview? No news story on the return on arguably the best pocket (of "modern" TF2 - so excluding Reptile) of all time? No news story on mix^ TLR joining b4nny's team? TSC?!
