but he left our team without any warning at the beginning of last season when we had no med lined up to replace him
that is such a shitty thing to do to 5 other people that you've committed to playing with
he might be a good med but i feel like he's not that great of a teammate/person
like gees at least say something out loud in mumble like an adult about why ur not happy or why ur leaving

pug champs often don't start cus there aren't enough medics so
how about we make it so anyone can put money towards a reward pot for the med slots in pug champ so that the two meds that get picked in the pug split the money. It could accept paypal or venmo or something and pug champ could keep a small percent to run their servers.
