Scout is easier to learn because you don't need to know rollouts and stuff, keep on Scout

Anyway, as long as you don't mind the ping difference and can speak and understand English, I don't think non-NA players will be excluded.
I know about this, but I always forget to play in them :PIt's a fairly significant upgrade to play with 50 ping than 150, I'd recommend playin in your home court if possible

It is possible, but I most of the time miss them because I'm busy with stuff, and with NA mixes, the hour they're on suits me

Yes, as long as you speak english (which you probably do considering you browse tf.tv). The only issue is on your side, which is that it starts at 9EST which is usually pretty late for the euros.

The time difference shouldn't be a problem really (unless Poland is in some dumb timezone again, which means I have those mixes at 4 AM instead of 3 AM), the English shouldn't be a problem too
