https://imgur.com/a/QONEJglyou can either move the targetid up/down (afaik it should be case of editing y of secondarytargetid in hudlayout.res)
or you can create file called chat_english.txt in resource and put this in

"lang"
{
	"Language" "English"
	"Tokens"
		"TF_playerid_mediccharge"				"Ü: %s1%"
		"TF_playerid_mediccharge_wpn"			"Ü: %s1%"
	}
}

this will make the medigun name disappear
