I'm essentially getting an all expenses paid trip to a relevant industry event. Playing with friends, even if it's in a game that I don't have any particular interest of playing anymore, for 2-3 weeks is an acceptable tradeoff for that imo.

Expected, I've been dealing with some RL stuff and taking it out on the team instead of just owning up to it and leaving. Was gonna talk to them about letting me leave after rq:ing tonight.
Cheers to them and I hope I haven't burned any bridges of friendship I had with them, I won't touch tf2 while I deal with this at least.
