TWL had a highlander ladder back in the day. It wasn't very active. V2.0 signed up, challenged the top team, we won, and then we sat at the top waiting for the odd challenge here and there. Ladder's are weird unless there's a lot of teams. I welcome more leagues with TF2 though.

They say think Youtube rules. So basically you just can't be making money off it while using someone else's work (music) to add value. For non-partnered streams it shouldn't be an issue unless they're going to get real draconian. Youtube lets you use most any music on the terms you aren't collecting any profit from it, so I'd expect the same here.

So, because I'm a technical noob, what about other plugins that require -insecure? Specifically Blue's spectator outline plugin, which I'm guessing should still be ok since you only connect to STVs with it. I have to cast and don't particularly want to risk anything without knowing for sure...
