When he goes left, you go right and move your mouse left slightly
When he goes right, you go left and move your mouse right slightly
Smash your A and D keys until others notice your model moving at a rate faster than the human eye can perceive

To clear this up, as I'm not familiar with how cs does it, does it go open>main>im>invite or open>im>main>invite?
Forearms on desk, elbows off, arms just an inch or so coming away from my shoulders, slightly tilted keyboard and mousepad because my desk has no room. Sitting upright or bent forwards a little when I'm taking something seriously, or leaning back when I'm lazy
