If I'm being honest I was gonna make a whole big post about it, then I deleted the file that had all the formatting done, then emptied my recycle bin; but anyways the point is it seems the majority of move ups are dead.

If you look at some logs and the amount of people lft saying that their teams are dead, there is still a chance we don't reach 16
