Spudd went HAM last season and deserves better than this. Seems like he isn't even playing demo on his new (high?) team. What a shame.

OsirisStream starts, pre-game talk, getting hyped! Then they go onto the first midfight...http://puu.sh/jTIMB.png -.-
Yeah, my Internet is acting up hard now as well. What have we done to deserve this?! Just wanna watch video games...

CX laughing his ass off at the Heavy play into the next round is the real highlight :D
That's a cool thing to speedrun, but what happens when the exploits you use are patched? How would the speedrun be judged then?
Man, what a day. Can barely remember anything, just a blissful blur full of jaw-dropping airshots, Euro gimmicks and facepalms on my part when said gimmicks happened. With all due respect to Froyotech, seeing them get knocked down a peg made me pretty happy; they're pretty much the Fnatic of TF2 at this point, in the sense that they're so good that they're tough to root for (at least for me).
Despite that, I hope to see Froyo in the grand finals because even though Reason prevailed through the lower bracket so far, I still have my doubts with them (that first day...). On the other hand, Froyo are notorious for bouncing back strong after taking a hit, risking making this a repeat of i52, so who knows? Took a day off tomorrow, hyped to see even more amazing TF2! Bring on that fifth map!
Shit, thanks for the thread. It's so hard to watch anything on CC's dinghy ass Flash based player that I just gave up on following the Daily Show (G-b-n knows I tried).
It was a beautiful episode, particularly since most of it was dedicated to everyone but Jon; yet more proof of what an amazing person he is. Whatever Jon does next I'll follow to the best of my ability.
Also, I hope that Trevor Noah will prove me wrong as he just seems lame as hell to me.
Are Paragon and Deadbolt taking the Street Hoops brand with them? No more 20b TF2?
Thank you so much for the fixes! Anything that's not omphud just feels wrong to me. I wish I could maintain it and take some load off of you, but I haven't got a clue about editing HUDs. Maybe I should stop being a moocher and learn editing, eh?
rosieKillingI'm trying to learn russian atm but the online resources are kinda bad for it. Does anyone know of any good places to learn russian (pref free)?dota 2 match making
Нисе меме!
I'm natively fluent in Hebrew and Russian, which describes every fifth-sixth Israeli (Jew) on average. ШЭДОУБЁРН СУКА
There's a lot of languages that I had a fleeting thought about wanting to learn, mostly when binging on a band and having to search for translations or put their lyrics through Google Translate. My language of the week: French. (Video NSFW)

It seems as though there's not a single hard sound in this language. So sexy.
universeHopefully they limit offensive classes to 2 and defensive and support classes to 1. Even if 6's matchmaking games end up having weird class compositions out of the gate, as long as enough competitive players play, the higher ranks will probably gravitate towards the 6v6 meta that we're used to (assuming that the weapon rebalancing/lack of whitelist don't change the ideal team composition). Maybe the rebalances will lead to other team compositions that are also viable without replacing the cookie cutter line up which would be ideal.
This is so much more important than a whitelist. I hope the TF2 team will suppress their constant urge to let you Play Your Way™ and recognize that a single instance of certain classes is more than enough.
Here's a thought: assuming that the 9v9 format will be Highlander, it wouldn't be logical to allow for more than one medic in 6v6 - which probably will be emphasized heavier than 9v9, just by virtue of being the less needy format logistics wise - when Highlander allows for only one by design. This gives me hope that proper class limits will be implemented.

https://wiki.teamfortress.com/wiki/Badlands_(competitive)
Has anyone else noticed this? There's a lot of new articles on the wiki revolving competitive play, including map call outs in badlands and such.
I know comp.tf had most of the callouts and what not covered, but this is on the official tf2 wiki.
Articles about competitive play existed on the TF2 wiki even before Valve's buyout. Check the edit history.
Also, the "official" part only means it's running on Valve's servers. It's almost entirely a community effort.
Now where's the damn explosive jump fix? I'm not playing without it.
