Creative and oringinal main menu, clever streak placement.
putting -dxlevel 81 in tf2 launch options makes particles brighter, darkens the game and gives you better fps.
MR_SLINdoes this mean that GeForce Experience might be messing with my overlay?
probably. if you are running sweetfx or anything of that sort it will stop the overlay

I want a ton more suggestions before releasing this as full on GitHub, though. I want to hear your input and reports if anything is wrong.
If you switch from a Medigun to the Vaccinator or you die with charge and switch to the Vaccinator the HUD keeps the ChargeLabel from the old Medigun. How do I get rid of that old ChargeLabel? The small uber % goes away, but the large one doesn't. The Resistance selected symbol won't budge from the left.

Hi, four. I'm not sure if this is a bug related to your program, but sometimes when I open up 4HUD, it doesn't appear. The alttab scrollthrough shows its existence and that Aero peek thing, the taskbar, and the task manager says it's there, but it is not. It's as if it is running invisibly. I run one monitor.
Try mine! It fits your criteria and is geared towards Medics, it's a mashup of all of the neat unique things I really liked in some different huds put into one.

How does that work?
If the universe is actually INFINITE, that leaves room for every combination of atoms ever an infinite amount of times, so that means an infinite amount of me and you and everything else with every slight amount of change about ourselves including physical appearance, memories, and everything.
Implemented a ton of requested features, still unfinished and looking for cool new ideas from you guys!
