After turning off raw input/capping my FPS at 40, it feels more all over the place. My sensitivity felt higher when I joined one server than when I joined another and it didn't simply differentiate itself b/w pubbing and 6s. The best way to describe it is it feels like mouse acceleration is randomly turning on. Anyone else have any more advice?

Sensitivity feels different when playing 6s
in
Q/A Help
alec_that part is true. but the second half is silly. his sens obviously isn't different, it just feels different when ur fps is really low and jumping around randomly
So turn off raw input and try capping my FPS at 40?

yukiDo you play in windowed mode? This generally seems to affect my sensitivity adversely, so try playing full-screen if you are windowed.
No, I play full screened.
Devoncap it at 40 if youre used to 40 i suppose, or just cap it at something you'll always get if you need consistency
I've tried this before in the past and didn't feel a difference except that the game runs unbearably choppier. I know a few people that play with worse/fluctuating FPS than me that don't seem to have this issue so I'm not quick to make the conclusion that it's completely FPS related.

Q/A Help
My sensitivity tends to generally feel a lot higher than what I'm used to in pubs/HL when I'm playing 6s. My best lead to the issue might be that I get more frames when I'm playing 6s (my FPS is capped at 60 and I average 40ish in pubs/HL). I'm using a Zowie FK with raw input on, mouse acceleration off, EPP off, etc. Has anyone experienced this and have a fix for it?
