My friends started calling me it when I was at a football camp when I was younger and it stuck with me and became my irl nickname. Just a really weird way to pronounce my name "John"
Basically what Tomu said. If woolen wanted to release the HUD he would do that. I'm pretty sure he's not interested in people using his name for a HUD that looks like his. Try and make your own thing instead from what you think looks nice. I'm terrible at editing HUDs so I know it's not easy, so give it more time and make your own HUD if that is something you're passionate about.
