I'm not sure how well this Jarate nerf would work in practice, but i'll just put it here anyway.
If the sniper that threw it dies, any enemies the sniper effected are cleared of Jarate's effect.

TL;DR The film is also sometimes called "Se7en" and its about 7 people that got murdered for each of the 7 deadly sins. Coincidence? I think not.
From what I can tell, each of the members from Se7en (the tf2 team) fit into one of the sins.
Envy = Starkie
Greed = Thalashy
Pride = Drackk
Sloth = AMS
Wrath = Alle
Lust = Raymon
Gluttony = Kaidus
If we were to compare this directly to the film...
Starkie will would by being shot 6 times
Thalash will would being fatally bloodletted and having a pound of flesh removed from his body
Drackk's face would be mutilated and will then commit suicide by taking pills
AMS will be strapped to a bed for a year
Alle would be simply shot
Raymon would be raped and killed while traumatizing whoever would do it
Kaidus stomach will rupture by being forced to eat too much, not helping his already obese body
