Hell yeah, this was one of the most exciting and entertaining weekends this year for me, the fact that my little project comp.tf became such a monster during this lan made me realize just how good our community is and how much I love this game.

Money isn't everything, yes, if we keep getting teams to the Insomnia lan series we will keep basically loosing and dumping money, but I see it more as paying for having a blast, like I did most of this weekend.

Honestly I think if there's a community capable of something like this it's us.

I'm pretty sure tf2 must have one of the best metrics out there regarding to returning viewers and avg viewer time.

That can be easily seen just by this final, 1:30h late, more than 30 mins offline due to power outage, came back midgame with lots of issues and lags and people still stuck with it and eventually we got to 6.5k viewers, I think we have a very special and dedicated community which should definitely be commended, if only we could tackle these issues that keep messing the big events I think we would grow even more.

Wouldn't it be better to get in contact directly with the teams and the lan organization for full POV demos and STV demos of the whole event?

There were sooo many insane plays thiis lan it's definitely enough for a 10 min fragmovie.

Just dont forget to also include good plays and not only killstreaks (some medic surfs or sneaky backcaps with the casters shouting over it)

The way you improved through the week was mindblowing.

For someone that at the start of the week was even struggling to get rounds on the board against Infs and the likes, then by the end of the week you were winning maps agains HRG the undisputed and uncontested best team in NA, it was just amazing, mind blowing.

Well done boys! Was a pleasure particularly to watch Yuki play, his ubers were some of the best I have ever seen (credit to bonobo as well), sheep was entertaining as well but I think Yuki got so much more stuff done, and bulk impressed me, he really stepped up his game.

The chemistry between him and luzzu is also top notch, I wish I was a french viewer just so I had the pleasure of watching all their casts.

He was playing as sniper, filthy sick, I can't even comprehend. Top notch performance from him
