I actually thought about something like this, In fact I took action and did it, but it kind of stalled as I got a job and very limited time now. But I still want to make it happen..
A centralized competitive tf2 hub for beginners and pro's alike with every resource possible for competitive (guides, vods, povs, demo analyse, etc etc..)
The site is http://comp.tf/, I actually wrote everything in there, I think I did like a few class guides and scene guides. Might finish it in the future if I got the time and motivation.
Yes, yes yes please...
I don't remember everything by head, but I really liked the jumpers appearence that weekend, make sure to include some neat jumps of them!
capnfapnschocky's movement is fucking awesome
That guy is insane, my favorite player in tf2...
ALso dat kiler4fun streak :D And that mirelin escape :D So many good moments
This movie is beyond amazing, the frags synched with the music perfectly and it created an awesome atmosphere behind the movie.
And the frags were some of the best I have ever seen! (did you include every comp scene? (I only counted AUS, US and EU))
Easily one of the best frag movies I have ever seen...
I feel if there was a bit more work in polishing the editing it would definitly be a landmark video for esport as a whole.
This was way beyong enjoyable! :D
Amazing stuff!
I swear I was going to use this song! :D Beat me to it! When I first heard it, it was amazing, one of the best electro remixes I have ever heard in my life, and of ABBA, soo cool!
I think the frags were amazing, your video and beater's video have some of the best frags I have ever watched! Altough I feel such a good song had so much potential for synchro with frags and it didn't feel like it to me! Still great nonetheless!
the internet business over in america is a huge pile of bullshit...
Same goes for the telecommunications (mobile) plans
I heard really great things about the aussies, I heard they are good at tf2... Not sure how that will help against a fully buffed Epsilon or HRG tho... Still, I predict this will be the best tf2 lan of all time, doesn't matter who wins!
This is awesome, valve is not blind to the competitive community, they KNOW we exist :D
Now all it takes is a bit more effort into it, come on, transparent viewmodels / automatic demo recording / ingame lobby matchmaking, would be so cool and the entire community (not only competitive) would benefit from it
smakersSorry, I wasn't trying to say that it's the only one like that. It's just the only one I've heard where I've actually paid attention to it.
Come to think of it, I haven't really heard much of their stuff outside of the Tron Legacy soundtrack, which I don't think had lyrics (or at least I don't recall many).
Wut?? Tron legacy soundtrack is hardly the best they have to offer
Listen to discovery, you won't regret it, also, the repeating lyrics is kinda of a non-argument, this is electronic not some obscure indie where the entire lyrics have to be perfect poems
Bought the deathadder black edition and a goliathus control mousepad and it works wonders for me, never been better
Jstn7477I'm fairly sure that the spire in its entirety is a model. I'm not absolutely sure if I can correct that, maybe with a player clip brush or something in the shape of a ramp. Is this the same problem that people have with the spire on MGE Training V7/V8?
I think I only have that problem on v8 and not v7
MitsNavigate to the Lawena Recording Tool folder, cfg folder and open settings.cfg. Make sure hud_saytext_time and tf_dingaling are set to 0, then add the following in the end
alias hud_saytext_time "" alias tf_dingaling ""
Tried that, even tried putting the commands directly into the lawena autoexec cfg instead of the settings.cfg, and tried on both as well, didn't work :(
bump, still didn't manage to solve it...
Tried changing cfg folder properties, redownloading lawena, even input the commands through the console, but it still doesn't work and still shows the hitsound / chat
