KanecoHey Nahanni I think you're doing a great work and Im just trying to put forward some discussion.
Have you actually looked at other options other than CEVO? Have you contacted any other leagues / organizations other than CEVO? Both UGC and ETF2L clearly stated their support for the NA scene next season here on the forums and etf2l even announced they were recruiting admins for the NA ETF2L
Obviously influential communities and personalities declaring their support on one of the options will prompt a lot of other people to make the move. So what I am asking is just if all the options were on the table and the pros / cons of each ones were weighted. It's great tho that you and tagg have finally come forward with a proposal.
If the ETF2L NA scene does open sign up, the community might be a little fragmented over 2-3 leagues for these future seasons so it is important that influential people like you and tagg take a position but more importantly a fundamented and well thought position (please think in the long run).
Its time to lay that dream to rest for now, because as it stands CEVO is best for us right now. Maybe sometime in the future if things dont work out with CEVO we can revisit, but right now continuing to lobby for ETF2L is just going to create a divide within the NA community, and the more teams we get for CEVO right out of the gate, the better. Thanks Nahanni.

So Pipher, say you get enough teams to sign up to warrant the creation of 3 separate divisions, would you respect their rank in ESEA S15, so that ESEA-I teams would be able to play in CEVO-P and teams that made playoffs in ESEA-O would be eligible for CEVO-IM? Also, please make it so match stats are auto uploaded to the website.

MerchantjoddI talked about a potential tf.tv/pub community relationship in this post I made in a recent tf2 stream viewership thread.
I think it would be great if perhaps the semi-finals/finals could be cased on tf.tv's main stream channel. this could bring in new users, and possibly competitive players. lastly, we could advertise the Newbie Mix Anniversary happening tomorrow night.
Not going to happen. This tourny is going to be a very low skill level and enigma doesn't want to broadcast things like that.
I can understand Enigma's reasoning, but it is still a pretty good fucking idea.
