I'm really looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow night in the newbie mix mumble (chi4.tragicservers.com 64737)! We will be having a basic community-building meeting to brainstorm changes and improvements to make for the next generation of mixes. These improvements will be focused much more on getting more players and coaches involved, rather than operational matters like “how we draft”, “should we still use mumble”, etc. That said, we can talk about those things afterwards.

I will be posting this meeting on my YouTube channel for people that miss it. I only say this so that everyone knows ahead of time that it is expected of people to behave themselves throughout the meeting. Uncivilized discourse and personal attacks will lead to a mute for the rest of the meeting, given out by admin discretion.

This meeting is not for us to announce things to you, like many community “meetings” have been in the past. We sincerely want to make newbie mixes as great as we can, and we know we can’t do that by delegating mixes in a purely top-down fashion. PLEASE come prepared to provide feedback, ask constructive questions, and generally help out. We'd really appreciate it. The meeting is expected to start promptly at 9:30PM ET.

Everyone is welcome, and if you want to be an admin in the next iteration of mixes, I would HIGHLY recommend that you either come to this or alert us ahead of time that you won't be able to make it.

Good job, lansky! I've recently started getting into shape (which is a bit cliche to do after quitting tf2), in part thinking about the impressive progress you've made since when I saw you at s15 lan talking to cs players about getting started lifting.

It's good to see you excelling in other things, even though we all miss in-game lansky.
