There you go. The lack of video card is due to the launch of the 400 series from amd in a little bit, and with the 480 being 200 bucks and the 490 likely being 250, while both either compete with or outperform nvidia's latest options, i see no reason for you not to buy one.

Here's one for if you want to keep the case and hard drive. If you only want to keep one of them go with the ssd in the first list. This is also assuming you will use the 480 or 490.
At this point, instead of buying new parts, if i were you i would just buy a new pc in general. If this pc is from 2007 everything is going to be horribly outdated and you should only keep the hard drive, case and maybe ram if its ddr3. If you want, i can give you a pcpartpicker setup if you give me price range.
If you don't have integrated graphics just buy a used one for cheap that will last you till polaris
