MunchIf you'd ever played Fallout 1 or 2, New Vegas was definitely the better game between it and 3.
Despite being able to listen to criticisms from 3 and fix stuff for NV, NV just had all around better aspects. The story is better, the characters are more interesting, the different factions and locations are cool(I actually made a point to explore each area on the map, whereas with fallout 3 it gets kinda boring and stale). It's actually kinda surprising when you realize Obsidian developed new vegas(even though they're basically the guys who made the original fallout games), considering most of their major releases were met with mixed reviews like KOtOR 2, NWN 2, and alpha protocol.
