Here's a build I made if you've decided to start by scratch. You can easily torrent Windows 7 and put it on a usb drive.
Weird, mine just went from 154.6 to 2.4
Also, change that HDD for a different 1tb. There's some out there that are like $60.
tbh, it's probably better to just build a new computer. You can get really good parts for just $600.
That CPU Fan isn't even for CPUs. You don't need extra fans since your case already has one. Also, that RAM is DDR2. Make sure you get DDR3. If you're going with an AM3+ motherboard, get a FX processor or an AMD 955/965 cpu.
