#42 Logs.tf match stats in Projects
zooobKoeitjeIt still doesn't show pipe/sticky/rocket/shotgun kills :(
Check recent logs, pre-update ones are not reparsed yet. Hover over class icons.

I was checking the new logs but didn't realise I had to hoover over them. This is an awesome addition! You the best!

It still doesn't show pipe/sticky/rocket/shotgun kills :(. I also prefer the pie-charts, maybe you can make an option to choose which one you want.

zooobKoeitjeZooob, is it possible to show the type of weapon used for kills? I'd love to see that.Sure, might be able to get it done by tomorrow. EDIT: Done

I don't see it? Maybe I'm blind?

edit: I was blind, you even said you would be updating tomorrow in your post ._.

I see Bones' "make EU win"-plan is well under way.

PhaserThe QF wasn't the sole cause of that match being so stalemated. When you have 2 teams of incredibly close skill/experience in a situation where it is better to play safe, the QF was just the cherry on top of an already slow pace.

Teams close in skill don't make games slow by default.

I don't know if it's just Gullywash. There have been plenty of highlevel games on Gullywash that had high scores. S15 Infused vs Broder for example ended in a 4-3. That's 7 caps in 30 minutes (they also played Badlands that evening and it ended in the same score). As Arx has mentioned this is probably because of the timelimit that actually forces you to go and make some plays. It being Broder also helps, they aren't a team that sits around to twiddle their thumbs. Considering Heavy + Quickfix is so strong and Gullywash has always been a map where you can run a Heavy it is just a combination of factors that slowed down the game so much. Then you have to choose: ban the Heavy or ban the Quick-fix. Banning the QF is probably the best move out of those two if you want to have any chance at attracting some players to the game.

SpaceCadet*snip*
All that aside, the dark horse nobody is talking about is Broder. They have 2 players who can hang with anyone and turn any game in their favor. In my opinion, the best EU medic around is Mirelin and 0 ping Jukebox sniping could be scary. I predict Broder to upset Epsi at LAN. It would not surprise me if they beat HRG to win the whole thing but I still have my money on HRG.

What. Mirelin is good, but he isn't on the same level as Knoxxx. Knoxxx might not pull off insane stuff as much as Mirelin, but that is because he almost never gets into a situation where he has to. If you want to learn how to play medic you should watch Knoxxx and not Mirelin. They are both really good medics, but Knoxxx plays the more effective game.

And Jukebox? No. Yes, he is good, everyone on that team is. But the two star players on Broder are Zebbosai and Cookye.

Removing the overheal (not the healing) the medic receives when popping it might also help a bit.

HallowSkullyEggplantHave the seedings for i49 been released yet?
Not yet. The plan is to have the top 8 teams in a single group to determine their seedings, and then have the lower teams in groups to fight it out for the knockout spots. This keeps the games fair and not having to see random pub team v HRG in the groups

I'm not sure, but presumably this top 8 group should consist of iM, Broder, infs, Epsilon, pLine, HRG, SOLAR and Furbo Pandas.

EDIT: If I were to rank these teams 1-8 it'd probably look like
1. HRG (Because of i46 I can't justify putting epsi here)
2. Epsilon
3. Broder
4. infs
5. iM
6. pLine
7. Pandas
8. SOLAR

HRG are probably favorites, but this year's Epsilon has only 2 players (3 if you count Knoxxx who went to medic from soldier) playing that played last year. They also have been keening it up hard. So I wouldn't make any guesses about Epsilon's performance based on last year.
