pretty darn sure I didn't hack. No I am serious I did not hack.

A few months ago, my TF2 is running normally, with configs and mods maximizing frame rates. I even unparked my cores and do everything I can to get 40+ fps. But yesterday I got this: "An issue with your computer is blocking the vac system. you cannot play on secure servers". I tried to fix it. I repaired SteamService, I typed the bcdedit thing in command prompt. It fixed the issue, but my frames was down to under 25 fps, which is unplayable. I unparked everything, but nothing worked. Please help me.

1. My laptop is crappy. And lucky for me I am using Comanglia's config, or my tf2 will run at like 20fps
2. I'm using my Logitech V220
3. I'm thinking of the G402, because even though razer desthadder is good, I am very paranoid of the double-clicking issues that users report. I don't have enough cash for a G502 tho
4. I usually use about mid sensitivity.

So, I need a mouse and a good setting, because I always miss whenever I play sniper due to mouse acceleration. I main sniper and spy (probably more sniper). What mouse should I get? I have a budget of 40 dollars, so the rest I can buy a GBC. Also, what's the best setting for sniper.
P.S I often run TF2 at an average of 50fps

So this is a follow-up to my sync problem, because in that thread no one replied. I have this weird syncing problem with steam cloud. When I launch the game, I see a flash of the TF2 logo, and then suddenly, nothing launched. Also, there's a frame in the tf2 button in my libradry that says "syncing". Help. Also, other games have the same problem too
