WithADanceNumberthe app is so bad I use splashtop to watch twitch through my computer on my andriod.
My phone isn't compatible... :(
We're up!
Just a heads up: Twitch is acting up ATM and it's difficult if not nigh-on impossible to get a stream online.
Seems Twitch is having a few hiccups tonight... Will keep you updated.
I can see two types of polls being done: Play-based polls and rollout polls.
Play polls can be done each half, and can be things like "Who will drop uber first?" and the like. Whereas rollout polls run during each round and determine whose onboard cam gets used for the cast, something simple and fun to do.
To Skyride's 2nd point, for something to be used, it must be simple and quick to use. Perhaps a bot recording chat responses and spitting the results to a webpage or a file could be useful.
OR even... automagically setting the camera... >_>
'cause why not?
Another Upper-Bracket match on tap tonight is #3 Crunchy Bunch vs. #11 Zaboomacrew, these teams faced off before this season on cp_metalworks where the Zaboomacrew got "crunched" in a 5-1 loss. However both teams handily won their viaduct matches way back in week 2, making this a potentially explosive matchup.
Coverage starts at 10:30pm EDT on www.twitch.tv/LKincheloeTF2 . Hope to see you there!
And don't forget about the Kawaii/ostrich match later on tonight over of the TFtv stream!
WaldoSuccess, support was implemented in this patch.
Now... Time to find out what they broke in the process...
FogaimHe isn't a moron who trades a virtual hat for real money.I'm sorry, but this is just dumb.
I could easily say the same thing for people who buy virtual games for real money, virtual music for real money, the list goes on.
It's not dumb, it's Economy 101. It's how much value you perceive a product to be, for some a virtual hat is worth $200, to others it could be completely worthless.
I think the point Crumpet is trying to make, is that yes the item was stolen, but that didn't justify public intimidation and humiliation of the suspect to get it back. Going through the proper legal channels is justified, and that's not what happened here. Dare I say that a huge can of worms might've been opened with the way this was handled.
A gentle nudge to the top of the queue as a friendly reminder that this goes down tonight! :D
Yup, tomorrow. Also depending on how Rent-a-Homies/BIG BOYS gets scheduled I may go for that one too.
A new week, and a new map in the Open Playoffs!
In Round 2 of the Upper Bracket we find the 12th seed Slippin with Slipz taking on the #4 seed Playground Tactics on Pro Viaduct, and their paths to this match are similar. Slipz dispatching the Trans-Autistic Railroad on the line towards a match with Twitch's own John & the Peppercock Family, whom were demoted there by Playground Tactics.
In terms of how these two teams fared in Viaduct week, Playground tactics had the misfortune of running into Indust We Trust and dropping that match 4-1, while Slipz breezed through with two 4-0 wins. This match looks to be rather close in terms of gameplay and it should be exciting to watch.
Will go live on http://www.twitch.tv/LKincheloeTF2 Tomorrow around 11pm EDT, hope to see you there!
