I made quick strawpoll and asked few prem/div 1 demos what they would like to use.
From 10 demos i asked 75% ppl wanted to use iron bomber (posted here the link so ppl from thread could actually vote my b lol)

if you wanna use iron bomber just use it, if you wanna use stock use stock. If you choose iron bomber i guess you have higher % hitting a pipe, but if you choose stock you get more spam thats it pros/cons of both weapons. I would say 90% ppl are using iron bomber over stock pipes so why would you want to ban it :D we could say stock pipe spam is op lets ban it in etf2l, its the same thing. Who voted "yes" is just someone who has been using stock for years or scout main being mad about getting double piped by iron bomber lol

im sorry but iron bomber is not breaking any tf2 gameplay, ppl are just mad cuz someone can actually aim thats it, also i dont think demoman needs nerf at this point its just another stupid thing how to get "better rules in etf2l or someshit"

after 4 months i still didnt get my 30 bucks for first place in prem FeelsGoodMan

i finally got motivation to play now and i dont want to wait 6 months to lose it again

prem level tf2 is fucking boring because you face ppl that stay on mid for 25 minutes and do nothing. In div 1 ppl are not that well coordinated like prem teams so players make mistakes and you can do something with it.

I know ppl want to have fun, but why the fuck if you get through playoffs into prem u refuse to go, instead of proving you are prem team you just sign up for div 1 and decide to sandbag

I understand that "washed up players" that didnt play the game for few years/months stay in div 1 and i dont think you should blame them for that

There is always atleast 1 or 2 teams in prem that drop mid season so whatever.
