Bought a new PSU and SSD.
Merry Christmas to me.
Thanks for the help all.
I was looking at this, seems a lot better, and yeah, it was included in a barebones package I purchased.

I might take it somewhere, I'm not the best with this kind of stuff, and I don't want to do anything stupid haha.
Thanks anyways dude.
I can't see anything rubbing against it, and that's what I thought was wrong.
My PSU is only a year old.
So, when I boot up my PC, immediately there is a buzzing noise coming from my PSU (it sounds like a blender)
I honestly don't know what's wrong, there's nothing in the fan that would cause a noise, and it's seated properly in the case.
Anyone have any ideas?
I was in your position about a year ago, I wanted a new PC but didn't want to build one.
Honestly, it's beyond worth it to build one yourself. There are a lot of guides online that will literally guide you step by step, and I learned a lot building my own rig.
The only con was that it took me 6 hours because I didn't really know what I was doing.
im sure if you write a letter to valve they will fix it right away
