Se4nRight click game in Steam library, Properties, check the Enable Overlay box

Yes I realize but you need overlay for a lot of things like accessing the store or inviting people to a party for mvm.

AkuI used to not be able to open the overlay because I forgot to remove -dxlevel 81 from my launch options after reinstalling maxfps.
that doesnt help. Anything else? I play on dx9 if that helps

KanecoLinAfter using this in csgo, I tried playing my games but I now get like 80~ fps when I used to get 120 constant. Do you know why this is?
Probably because it used a graphics config to record CS GO and you didn't have an auto exec and used default settings, so now the game assumed the values of the graphics config as your own.
But even tf2 gets bad fps and I checked my config and its all fine.
