Don't try FPS configs in CSGO. CS varies from TF2 in the sense that most graphical options require sv_cheats '1' in CSGO where TF2 only needs sv_cheats '0' to enable/disable the brunt of the options.
SetsulSpecs?
My best guess is your GPU is shit and since CS:GO actually uses the GPU unlike TF2 you're getting bottlenecked.

Get rid of your 610 and get that. It's honestly not that bad if on a budget.
i am a #poorgamer, after change to 4:3 i got like 10 more fps, so you are saying that there are NO working csgo fps configs then.

drink is a very strong term. i tasted it, and it wasn't that bad. having had others as well, its really not that bad compared to what most people seem to think.
its not something i'd actively try to drink or order at a restaraunt but its also something i would take over fucking eyecrust that shit is nasty
